We're one of the few firms that offers fixed-bid development.

Most FileMaker development firms will give an estimate, but they actually bill hourly, and it takes, well... however long it takes. It’s great for the firm’s billing; it’s terrible for the client. The customer has no ability to budget or plan their IT spending.

We work per project, and we don't use a plus/minus clause. The number we quote you is the number you can safely put into your budget, period. Our experience has given us the ability to accurately and reliably predict total project costs at the beginning, and to take responsibility by committing to a fixed bid.

While we're perfectly willing to work hourly when a client prefers it, we think fixed-bid is more responsible, and more honest; we'll understand your needs when we begin your project, and if it's going to be difficult, or expensive, or long, we should all discuss that ahead of time and go in with eyes open - things like that shouldn’t arrive as a surprise to you.

We feel ours is a more up-front, and honest, way to do business.
